“Ordered two camping chairs 14th of August , emailed me to say shipped 17th August but no delivery of chairs . I messaged customer service with details of my order then after no reply e mailed 26th August they replied and said they would chase the order but still no reply or chairs . Terrible service , very disappointing! Then to add insult to injury they ask for a review … well as requested here it is .”

Hi Yvette, We were in constant chat with you about returning your lounger, which was no issue, after speaking to you, you realised that you missed one of our e mails , about the different couriers to return this with, and we also said about us booking this in for you, as you were having difficulties with this. Which then when you returned it it was refunded straight away for you.
