“Ordered a Vango Arcadia 10 mattress on a Saturday, a week in advance of when it was required. Website lead-time said in-stock for delivery in 2-3 days. I called and emailed to check on the Monday to see if we would receive it at least by Thursday/Friday latest. I was told it had been dispatched that day and was out for delivery Tuesday. Called again on Tuesday afternoon and they said it had been dispatched earlier that day. I had received no tacking or emails since the point of transaction. I was then issued a tracking link for DPD which didn’t work and after calling them again on Wednesday, was sent another DPD link that was then cancelled (and subsequently a third from APC which did not work either). I was then also told on the Wednesday it was coming from Vango directly to us which it wasn’t as I called Vango and they confirmed the only order they had received for WoC was direct to their shop. This was all from the same person at WoC. Item eventually arrived on the following Monday. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT HOLD STOCK AND LIE OVER THE PHONE TO TRY AND BUY THEMSELVES TIME. BUY DIRECT FROM THE MANUFACTURER.”
