“I ordered a 7-pole Blue Diamond Contemporary Sand wind break from World of Camping. Upon inspection, it seemed good: reasonable material, metal-tipped poles (should be sturdier than plain wooden poles) and attractive colour scheme. However, on its second day in use, with a modest breeze, one of the end poles snapped at the metal tip. Examining the tip and its construction, there is no way that it can be mended. Disappointing.”

“Easy to order online. Great selection. Both chairs arrived quickly. Good quality product. Sturdy and comfortable. Lovely colour. The only issue I had was I changed my delivery to another day as I was away working. This was acknowledged and the day I asked for when I would be home confirmed. Then this didnt happen they arrived when I was away. It was torrential rain and the boxes left on the path to my front door which is very close to the road and public pavement in full view. Luckily my neighbour noticed and took them in. Very luckily that these items were not stolen. They were left most of the day. Please ask the delivery people to follow instructions.”

Hi, Thanks for the order, your item was delivered within in one working day, which you then e mailed after two weeks asking where is your order is, which we then sent photos over of your item delivered at you house with someone at the door, excepting it, so I am not sure if someone did not tell you it was there.
