“Unfortunately I had a problem with a tent purchase the poles were broken in transit. I tried to ring and was unable to get through. Filled in the online contact form and after 5 days I’ve heard nothing. I have subsequently repaired the damaged items but this response has stopped me contacting world of camping again in the future as I couldn’t guarantee any response if I was unable to sort myself.”

“Quick delivery. The courier they use is APC who are brilliant, so pleased they do not use EVRI. I had to contact them to exchange the chairs to a different size and nothing was too much trouble. Exchange was done very quickly. Would highly recommend.”
