“Most unhelpful people i know. If you want good customer seevice and to be told the truth, dont use this company. Might be fine when, or if your purchase is received without hitch. Mine went missing. I reported, immediately, after the delivery should have been received. 'Oh the van must have broken down' was my answer 'we have despatched it'. The courier firm had no track of it, or so i was told. Again the next day i called as still not received. Move forward 3 days, although i had asked to be kept informed. No calls back, only me calling wach day for updates. 1 week later i was promisdd a refund that day. 2 days later i still hadn't received it. I called. ' Oh we have processed it yesterday but it will take 5 days to process'. These people just can't be bothered, as i said, if something goes wrong. Lets see when i get my refund. Payments can be processed and given back instantly, even by card. No wonder there are lower ratings for these people. I am now posting this on this site as i've read Trustpilot and they have responded, as only 2 stars on that site, that they don't use them. ???? I wonder.”

“The coat, according to World of Camping, was despatched on Monday with a 24hrs delivery. I receive an email Tuesday to say the item was going to be delayed. I called on Wednesday as it hadn't been delivered to say maybe 'the van had broken down' the day before but still wasn't delivered and they'd look into it. I called Thursday to be told 'not to worry' and they were still looking into. The represcentative for them was really in a ' i cant be bothered atitude'. With this i said that Amazon deliver within 24 hrs or give a date, usually, no nit usually, always deliver as described. Answer was ' BUY FROM AMAZON THEN'. I asked for a refund byt todays Monday and still not been processed ar even started. They, as all internet firms, are quick to take your money but don't like refunding. ,?????? Is them them or is this the courier. Whatwver way not very good customer service either way”

“Paid for lamp and it was never delivered. Chased with email, no response. In the end, I got my money back from PayPal and bought this lovely lamp elsewhere. Will not be using this company again. Very poor (literally non existent) service. I should have read the reviews before purchase!”

“We were able to order online. But was very disappointed to not be able to find the warehouse to collect it as requested. We tried to call the company but phone lines shut at 3.30pm. We consequently needed to borrow a tent for our camping trip. Nobody on the estate knew where you were either. No signage on John Davey drive, only on the actual unit.”

Thank you for your review, we apologise if you could not find our warehouse, however, there is clear directions on our website https://www.worldofcamping.co.uk/collection which includes a street map. Live Chat was also available till 5 pm to speak to staff if you were struggling.

However, we do not understand why, when your stool was only purchased on the 16th May, you did not contact us with this issue and instead just put it in the bin.
