Thank you for your review. We are extremely sorry that you have not received your order. We have spoken with customer services who are now looking into this for you with our courier UK Mail. Customer services will be back in touch as soon as they have some news.

Paid £14.99 for next day delivery. My order did not arrive next day. Cost £3 to return the goods. So total delivery costs equate to £17.99! Many other companies offer next day delivery much cheaper than £14.99! The packaging was far too big for what the order was and it was not a heavy package. As the goods did not arrive next day - had to buy goods elsewhere for my daughters camping trip.

Our next day delivery is £9.99, but you chose £14.99 before 12 delivery. It is expensive, however we do not charge any extra to the charge that is made to us as a company to try and keep cost down to a minimum for our customers.

Difficult to write a review as requested, when the item hasnt actually arrived yet. Chose this supplier as the item was listed 'in stock' - but i then received an email to say it wasnt in stock and would be at least 2/3 weeks to supply. Ive paid in full already for the item - so surprised to receive this notice to review an item im still waiting to receive.

I ordered two awning linings in so called black to keep out the light but in reality they were almost see through felt cheated

Thank you for your review. We have a generic postal charge and only offer free delivery on items over £75.00, if you had called our sales office we could have reduced this for you on such a small item, however as you placed this ordered through the ebay platform we could not do anything for you on this occasion. Should you wish to order again with us please come direct and we will always try and help support you ordering with us.

I received a phone call from a very efficient lady who said my delivery would arrive the next day via TNT. At 11.11am a TNT lorry drove down our road past our house and my husband went to ask if he had missed us. He was told there was no order for our address. So we waited on all day. When I rang the office I was advised that delivery wasn't with TNT but UK Mail and no date was available. I asked the person to check and call me back. This did not happen. After two more calls I found that the wrong address was put on the parcel by pwrtouch and so was delivered at 11.11am. My husband had to walk down the road to pick it up. He is in bad health and the address to which it was delivered was an elderly man who couldn't help. It was a motor mover and extremely heavy. When I rang to complain I was told a manager would call me back on Mon or Tuesday but no one has. Not a good service.

Not the quality I expected,I should have known better with the price I paid,the cushions are "not to bad",the neck pillows are very poor quality.i would like to return the goods if possible.

Thank you for your review, unfortunately all airbeds do not come with a pump unless stated in the product details. We do seperate pumps on our website which is under the beds and beding section should you wish to order one.

At time of writing, about week after placing an order, I have seen one advisory that you do not have enough stock to complete my order - there was no indication of this when I placed the order - and so it seems my order won't be delivered until new stock arrives at the end of the month. Meanwhile, this is the second time you've asked me to write a review. What would you like me to say?

Really disappointed with my purchase of the double air bed.not only did it not come with a pump it also has a slow puncture and won't stay pumped up so I'm really not happy at all will not be using again

Box had been opened before which was obvious and it had not been checked, lock broken but rather than the hassle of returning fixed it myself. Still Camping world was good so I will stick with them.
