Paid £14.99 for next day delivery. My order did not arrive next day.
Cost £3 to return the goods.
So total delivery costs equate to £17.99!
Many other companies offer next day delivery much cheaper than £14.99!
The packaging was far too big for what the order was and it was not a heavy package.
As the goods did not arrive next day - had to buy goods elsewhere for my daughters camping trip.
