I paid for next day delivery but it took 3 days to arrive so I missed my kayaking trip. No reply to the email I sent

Was sold a tent without poles and this was not mentioned in the description, now have to cancel family camping trip not happy

I decided to go camping last minuet and ordered £400 plus worth of camping equipment from the website, one of the items worth £19.99 never arrived but apparently it was signed for, 3 boxes turned up but the 4th was missing, but unless I'm informed before hand how many boxes to expect how am I suppose to know if one is missing when signing for the order! When I Called for advice I was told that it was signed for and if the delivery company can't find it then seems tough luck really. I'm disappointed in the customer service as I feel this item could have been replaced or refunded as I never received the items I have paid for.

I am very dissatisfied with your Company. 30 minutes after the order I canceled the order. It is impossible that at that time a cancellation was no longer possible because the goods were already shipped. A good customer service is that not. I will never buy from you any more.

What didn't go wrong. I paid extra for next day delivery, it didn't arrive, when I called to enquire they said (and in fairness to the chap that dealt with the complaint - who was very polite and helpful) the UK Mail had lost it, and he arranged for a replacement to be sent the next day and to defund the extra postage we paid. We ordered a windbreaker, that two poles bend the first time it was put up (when we were on holiday for a week) I called and complained, they said they would send a replacement that would arrive the next day, it didn't - so we didn't have a windbreaker for 4 days of our holiday. We also ordered a rotating washing line which arrived in a different colour to what we ordered. We will be sending back and asking for a refund.

I have already given you a review and the item i bought from you was faulty and does not work. I want a replacement but i seem to be hitting a blank wall when it comes to customer service.

I recently bought off you 2 Multimat cushion/pillows. They arrived today and on testing one is perfect and the other is faulty as it starts to deflate straight away on its own and when you lay your had on it the air comes out of the valve rapidly. Totally unacceptable and obviously a faulty valve as i have tested it now 5 times, and its actually deflating before my eyes as i write this review. Your tracking system, it does not work as the page keeps coming up as 'cant be displayed'. I would like a replacement for the faulty one please and am happy to send back the faulty one as its good for nothing. Regards, Niall McGovern.

Sadly a very disappointing experience. Delivery day and time is anyone's guess at this moment in time. Priced slightly over the odds but for sake of buying all from one place was willing to pay.

Thank you for your review. Sorry you feel it is a disapointing experience. You placed your order yesterday on a 3-5 day delivery service and we can see it was dispatched yesterday so should be delivered with in your service selected.

BBQ faulty. Arranged for it to be collected. Stayed in all day. Nobody turned up. Dreadful.

Sorry correction to my last feedback...the chairs came from Blacks not world of camping my apologies. So many dodgy company's on the net l can't keep up with them!

Terrible customer service. NO contact what so ever, NO Invoice, NO returns details or any paperwork at all; never even let you know when the item was dispatched or when the courier was coming totally left in the dark!! Delivered 2 chairs that were used/customer returns one had the original tags missing as well. Use this company at your peril..

Poor!!!! Still waiting for my item despite paying full whack postage. Five days on still no confirmation from the seller, though quick off the mark for a review message request. Will wait a few more days.............

We seem to have delivered this within our 3-5 working day service as per your order which was placed on Thursday 19th July. if you do feel that in some way this is not the case please contact our customer service department who can help you further.

This must be the worst company on the planet for communication. I didn't receive any order confirmation, l didn't receive an item dispatched notice and l didn't even get a delivery notice. The items arrived today out of the blue and it was just lucky that some one was home at that precise moment; purely by chance! Not even an order form or returns note inside, talk about leave you in the dark. Couldn't even track the items on-line because l couldn't set up an account due to the computer saying 'No' it thinks l already have an account but l don't and wants me to change my password l haven't got!! How draconian is that..never again unfortunately.

The middle poles arrived with a broken middlestring, very frustrating trying to set the tent up not knowing the order the poles should be in!

Very poor customer service. Goods were ordered in May and order was incorrect and finally resolved in mid-July. Very disappointed as goods were for an club event in mid June! Even a mix up on collection of returns that should have been Monday but turned up early on the Friday!!!!!

Our only discount on offer at the moment is 5% off which would be £8.99 on your order. Urgently needed some camping kit and paid a lot more for Saturday delivery. The website stated orders needed to be processed before 1pm to guarantee Saturday delivery which mine was. For what ever reason the order never arrived. I tried to contact someone at camping world but their offices are closed over the weekend- very frustrating. Not impressed with this company - Had to spend several nights on leaky air beds instead of the lovely Vango comfort 10 sims 😭.
