“Choice of delivery courier is a poor choice. A week for delivery, parcel sat in the delivery depot for quite some time before being sent out. Waited at home all day as it had to be signed for and still didn’t get sent when it was suppose.”

“A stock issue was found on one of the items ordered. This was particularly annoying as it took them 2 full working days to advise me. I received the outstanding part of the order punctually. I placed a further order and this was received the very next day. Prices are competitive and delivery was good, just a shame the stock control system is not better.”

“Item arrived with loose components of locking mechanism. No instructions so putting it together hit and miss. Customer services helpful as I had one small piece left over. Agreed that as it seemed to be working ok I would accept the item and if at any time it did fail World of Camping would replace the chair.”

“Delivery was very good however the item was faulty. The water pipe was split unfortunately this was only apparent after it had been set up and filled with water. A quick search on YouTube identified the fault which it appears is quite a common one, managed to fix it with a cable tie.”

“I ordered a Provence gas fire. I'm unsure how to deal with this review. The delivery was extremely quick - next day. The gas fire appears exactly as ordered. I am very happy with World of Camping in this regard. 5 stars for that. My problem is that only since delivery of the gas fire have I found out that it is practically impossible to buy fuel for the fire - Calor Gas Bottles. There is a national shortage. I am therefore effectively left with a very expensive, large and heavy but ultimately useless fire. World of Camping are not responsible for the gas shortage. Should they have informed me at purchase or before that it is very difficult to get gas ? I don't know really, but maybe a note on the website to flag up this potential problem might have warned me. I researched the fire itself but had no idea gas bottles would be so hard to locate until I tried to get one. Should I have done better research - yes. I will keep trying to find a gas bottle and then hopefully the fire will be everything I wanted.”
