“It took a while to put up but it is worth the money Canopy 260.we have now got used to erecting the zcanopy and find it e xcellent for the price. A very good buy. , it has stood up to the wind in Scotland and heavy rain at night, I am very surprised, better than our expensive Porch Awning. I am more than pleased I definitely recommend this Canopy.”

“The items were delivered on time which were needed as I was due to go on a trip. I had a small issue with the chair it had a slight nick in the side about 1 cm. The bag also had the same type of nick. I will be keeping it due to the trip, not sure how it happened ?I am happy to use them again as it is a one off.”

“I ordered the hitch lock Which came on time. Unfortunately it states it can be used hitched and unhitched. This is not the case. It doesn't let the stabilizer go down. Will just have too use it unhitched. 😕”

“The product was competitively priced, arrived quickly and was as described. For some reason the cardboard box in which the product was packaged smelled of stale urine. This could have been an issue within the supplier's storage area, or a problem with the courier, but whichever the case it smelled disgusting and we had to unbox it and get rid of the box asap.”

“Hi. I have now had a chance to put up my awning. I think the quality of construction is good. However it is disappointing that there is no way to close up the tenth when you drive away. This seems an omission on many counts. Also the instructions do not taly with this model. The picture shows a tent with four spars in the roof and this has six. The erection steps given did not work. Why do manufacturers continually send out instructions that are not absolutely specific to the model purchased. So overall not very good. Regards. Chris.”

“3 stars for speedy delivery, however box was bashed and open. Not tried the tent as no time to check if everything was in it! I am sure this could be one off issue but I paid for fast delivery as I needed the tent for the next morning. It came when I expected it hence three stars. I will update once tried tent.”

“Had the product that I wanted, have yet to receive though (its Wednesday pm, order placed after hours on Saturday). Asked before I proceeded to shop if I would like a discount code to use, just had to sign up to the newsletter. Obviously I did everyone loves a discount, yet get to check out and no option was given to apply the code provided by you!”

“Can only give you a few more stars because of the communication. The items arrived ok but it would have been nice to know you had dispatched them, and an estimation of delivery time so that some one could have been here to sign for it!”

“This was our first order from World of Camping. The ordering was easy but we did not receive an email for confirmation or estimated time of delivery. I contacted them and was promised an email and still no email. Hoping our email with invoice will arrive soon after contacting again! The price was good and pleased with products received.”

“You got the goods delivered and have dealt with promptly the goods that were damaged by either bad packaging or the delivery people putting heavy items on top. Otherwise we are satisfied and are awaiting the replacement items that you have dispatched.”
