Good choice and order process. Was happy with most products, but one of the Kingfishr chairs collapsed almost immediately on first use, with one of the poles being too weak. Another chair had loose screws which fell out of the arm poles. I will need to return these which is frustrating.

The inflatable chairs came very quickly but they were from two different suppliers so were different colours, one green and one spotty so they did not match. As we were going away that day on holiday camping and needed them I didn’t have the opportunity to return them. I went back to look at the order but there is no option on colour so I assumed I would get the colour in the picture.

I ordered a Kampa skipper recliner chair, however it was rather poorly wrapped in black and clear plastic with bits exposed and the arms were all scraped and slightly damaged. I had expected that it would be boxed to prevemt this from happening and the Vango extension poles I ordered too, although arrived undamaged they were just wrapped inside this black plastic and shoved in with the chair. It all looked very unprofessionally packaged and thrown together. As I write this review I only noticed today that the arms were all scraped. I have yet to email World of camping re this damage.

The service was good, the responce was good. However not over pleased withe fact damaged goods were aloud to be sent. A quick quality check wouild have solved the problem. It was a good job that it was not time sensitive. As I have said your service is outstanding and your reaction to the problem first class and if it were not that I received damaged goods I would have given you 10 out of 5.

The parcel was delivered to the wrong address and i had to go and lift it myself even though the proper postcode was on it and uk mail done nothing about it

The bag it came in was a bit grubby, but the item did not look like it had been previously used.

Pleasant enquiry staff, questions answered promptly overall experience spoilt somewhat by not making it clear that prices quoted didn’t include VAT and slow delivery service when rated among other mail order companies we deal with.

Ordered some floor matting for our caravan awning. The items were poorly packaged as the box was clearly too small and the tiles were actually squashed so when I opened the box properly I had to then straighten the tiles before putting down. Good product though and reasonably priced with good delivery time. Just work on the packaging please.

I still don’t have the correct or suitable items. The parcel arrived with opened items that had clearly been used and one didn’t work. You guys said you would swap them which was great. I left them out as discussed and the courier didnt take them. After almost one week, nothing had changed and I was told the parcel would be swapped the next day. Again this didn’t happen. I have now had to go away on both work and holiday with this matter un resolved. World of camping seemed to try to do what they could, however their quality control is clearly very poor as the box looked hand packed. Their choice of delivery company on tb other hand is ridiculous. I have put acceptable as this is still ongoing and I hope to have it turned around soon. Thanks

Veey happy with ease and speed of ordering, but parcel was left at front of house instead of in greenhouse as requested - what would have happened if the parcel had been stolen ? Please review delivery procedures!

I paid for next day delivery on a Saturday knowing I wouldn't get my item on Sunday, I was expecting it on Monday. From the delivery note yoh can see t was ony sent put Monday. I needed it especially on monday to pitch my tent for unexpected guests. I feel cheered out of my extra postage money!!

Chairs were very good but one had a piece broken off of the armrest, Couldn’t be bothered to go down the returns route so superglued it back on.

Any chance you can cut down on the amount of plastic wrapping? Black outside covering...then yards of bubble wrap...then an inner plastic bag followed by really annoying plastic round all the chair legs which took ages to get off.
