“Not the greatest experience but they came good in the end. Items were supposed to be in stock but turned out not to be. Chose an alternative which was fine but then they kept the order on hold. Chased up again and was sorted very professionally and given next day delivery FOC. Well done in the end.”

“This would have been 5 stars the product is great what isn’t great is the delivery company I’m not going to go into detail suffice to say I won’t order from anyone again who uses this delivery company”

“Good range of tents to select from. Tent has arrived and seems ok, although not tested it yet. Paid for express Saturday delivery (£19!) and tent didn't arrive. Offices were not open on bank holiday Monday as stated. However they dealt with this complaint the next working day with courtesy and an immediate offer to refund delivery charge. I await said refund (a week later). Fingers crossed.”

“New “improved” bike tent was disappointing as now does not have all round zip but just Velcro along bottom front which blows open in wind and let’s rain in. I have had to add eyelets and bungees to pegs to hold it closed”

“Acceptable in that I was Impressed by the service and communication I received on having to return the item but was not impressed with the quality of the item sent, having marks and scratches on the main body. It looked as if it had been returned before or had been an ex-display or just poor quality.”

“Although product was fine. Delivery is not good. I work Mon - Fri. Had to go to Exeter to collect my item. I Live in Plymouth. Your shop isn't even open on a Saturday. Nothing but conflictin delivery information that nobody knew what was going on.”

“Fat service and delivery however I would have expected the product to actually stick ... being magnetic to my van .... it will only just hold and the slightest wind simply lifts it off ... not very strong magnets .... I guess the clue was in the fact it came with guy ropes !”

“Product ordered, dispatched and delivered without no problems, packaging left a little bit to be desired, just an old box with ‘lots’ of tape around, luckily is was a soft sleeping bag so not likely to have got damaged!”

“Good choice and order process. Was happy with most products, but one of the Kingfishr chairs collapsed almost immediately on first use, with one of the poles being too weak. Another chair had loose screws which fell out of the arm poles. I will need to return these which is frustrating.”

“The inflatable chairs came very quickly but they were from two different suppliers so were different colours, one green and one spotty so they did not match. As we were going away that day on holiday camping and needed them I didn’t have the opportunity to return them. I went back to look at the order but there is no option on colour so I assumed I would get the colour in the picture.”

“I ordered a Kampa skipper recliner chair, however it was rather poorly wrapped in black and clear plastic with bits exposed and the arms were all scraped and slightly damaged. I had expected that it would be boxed to prevemt this from happening and the Vango extension poles I ordered too, although arrived undamaged they were just wrapped inside this black plastic and shoved in with the chair. It all looked very unprofessionally packaged and thrown together. As I write this review I only noticed today that the arms were all scraped. I have yet to email World of camping re this damage.”

“The service was good, the responce was good. However not over pleased withe fact damaged goods were aloud to be sent. A quick quality check wouild have solved the problem. It was a good job that it was not time sensitive. As I have said your service is outstanding and your reaction to the problem first class and if it were not that I received damaged goods I would have given you 10 out of 5.”

“The parcel was delivered to the wrong address and i had to go and lift it myself even though the proper postcode was on it and uk mail done nothing about it”
