Good range of tents to select from. Tent has arrived and seems ok, although not tested it yet.
Paid for express Saturday delivery (£19!) and tent didn't arrive. Offices were not open on bank holiday Monday as stated. However they dealt with this complaint the next working day with courtesy and an immediate offer to refund delivery charge. I await said refund (a week later). Fingers crossed.
