The product and service of WoC was fine. We had an issue with the courier DHL. Firstly they sent a time slot but then tried to deliver earlier when no one was in. We re booked a slot for two days later. This time they said they didn’t have enough postal address info to deliver. Weird that IF they found us the time before. I rang up to re arrange but they said they wouldn’t as they had tried twice already!! Had they?? Anyhow I had to drive a 30 mile round trip to collect from their depot. Pick another courier if you can please?
