I'm filling this in because I want to give some negative feedback but there doesn't seem to be a box for this. What "made me happy" is the delivery being on time, being able to amend my order and the camping bed. What didn't make me happy was the fact that the bungee cords arrived in broken packaging (snapped in half as it was forced into a box that was too small) which is a shame as the packaging was a nice way to store the cords. Also, the water container had several very small holes in at the corners causing water to leak out unnoticed in our tent until we woke up in the morning to a small flood!

Communication & delivery good but item (Outwell Ecocool 35 ltr Coolbox 12v & 230v) has arrived damaged with dings all over the lid. Hopefully they will be able to sort this tomorrow!

I found the right products but it took several phone calls to get some basic information = size of packed gazebo. I had researched the manufacturer's web site but this information was not available. I rang WofC and the young lady just looked at the mfc's web site! I established one was in stock and just asked for it to be measured - she didn't seem to get it. We were cut off twice - I rang back and spoke to someone else who immediately organised a measurement and rang me back; the gazebo will fit into my car so I placed the order.

Ordered some chairs for delivery to France. Order was dealt with promptly and quickly. Unfortunately the delivery company let them down. Delivery to France is £15.99 so not cheap, UK Mail is the delivery company their tracking said collected from WofC then that the parcel was ready to be collected from UK Mail Depot!!! Hardly likely to be collected if I live in France!! I had no email to say when delivery would be, no communication from UK Mail at all. The chairs were delivered here in France - luckily we were in ..... yet the tracking page still said they were in the UK Mail Depot waiting for collection. I checked the reviews on UK Mail and they are terrible. So World of Camping is a good company with excellent customer service, but I wasn't impressed with the delivery company at all.

Carpet received fairly promptly &as described, however I have received no e-mail acknowledgement or advice of despatch, there was alsono invoice or advice note in with the package. Because I use a BT internet address I was told their system is unable to send e-mails. I had to phone to confirm my order had been received. This is a major fault on an internet reliant system and should be put right ASAP.

Unfortunately product was out of stock and not available soon enough for my needs. I informed promptly of the situation and refund was prompt.

The website is not clear enough when ordering, the discount offered is not clear and did not show option to enter the code at the checkout. Availability of a product was not displayed, resulting in next day delivery not being possible and no way to establish what the expected delivery would be before processing. That said, the team were reactive to cancelling the order and I can recommend World of Camping if you are sure they have the product available for when you need it.

Good price for the item but poorly packaged - packed far too tightly making it difficult not to cut the item when trying to open.

There was a problem with you accepting my order (for a Robens Green Cone) and subsequently taking payment and telling me that it would be dispatched immediately for next day delivery when you did not even have it in stock. This cost us time and a lost opportunity to buy one from another seller at the same price as quoted by you. We have now sourced one from another seller, but it's costing us an extra £20.00. Not really acceptable - but we do all make mistakes and you were pleasantly apologetic and easy to deal with. If you had delivered the goods I would be rating you very good

Good website, but would have liked to know that the item I ordered was out of stock before completing purchase. Hope I am kept updated on the status of my order which is yet to be delivered.

We do at all times try and comunicate at time of ordering that an item is out of stock, but looks like we were not successful with this message on this occasion. I purchased a gas camping BBQ there was an issue with stock avalibity but it arrived the day after it was recieved into the warehouse so great service but one of the handles was found broken on opening I spoke to Max in customer services and he was going to send a replacement but this still has not arrived after one week not so great customer service
