Am writing review in response to repeated requests - however, have not yet had time to use shelter and windbreak, purchased to provide some protection to grandson's football team during wet tournaments so will not be used until new season begins! However, can say that they look good and the service and delivery were good and speedy.

Happy with product but when I logged on you had a 5% discount, when I went to pay for it I couldn't put code in and so didn't get it, I emailed you but didn't get a response

Thank you for your review. The discount code is to be put in the basket page as per the instructions on the offer. We have also looked at our email boxes and can not find an email from you. If you wish to call customer services we can look into this and sort the offer out for you on your order.

The clothes dryer was awful - really cheap and nasty. It was badly bent as it had been packed under the heavy windbreak that I also ordered. I haven't used the windbreak yet so can't comment on that. Delivery was fast.

Delivered when they said... Haven't used it yet... Writing this review as they keep emailing me to write a review!!! They sent email asking before it was even delivered!!!

You seriously need to reconsider your delivery company. My tent is now missing even though UK Mail have said they have delivered it. They have no idea where it is currently and aren't returning my calls like they are promising. I can't rate you higher when you are using such an inadequate delivery company.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you feel our courier company has led you to feel so frustrated. Our customer service team have tried calling to see if the delivery is all resolved. We do constantly monitor the effectiveness of our couriers to make sure their service levels are not falling as this does not reflect well on our company. I ordered my item on the 6th June with a 3-5 working day delivery period. It arrived today 16th June and only after I rang on 14th June to ask where it was. Having said that customer services were very helpful and I now have my item.

Would preferred if you had informed me that you were out of stock awaiting delivery rather than me chasing it up. Only to be told you were waiting for the items to be delivered from the suppliers.

My order arrived in good time and was suitably packaged to aviod accidential breakage. However the 5% i was promised as a discount (for subscibing to the companies email marketing) did not materise and I have to contact the company as one of the products was faulty and I'm still awaiting a response.

Customer services have responded this morning to your email you sent today. We are sorry you had a faulty product and this is being resolved by the after sales team. As for the 5% discount - a code is given when you enter your email address and you then have to apply this code to your order in the basket page yourself. This again will be looked into for you, but the code was not entered on the order which is why the discount was not applied.

We are sorry you have got a review request before you have received the goods. These request are normally send 7-10 days after the order is made. I can see your order is being dispatched today and should be with you by the weekend as you placed a 3-5 days delivery service.

Re order no. 169647: as Ms. Chilton knows, the items (2 folding chairs) arrived poorly packaged and slightly damaged. She was very good at agreeing to and arranging to replace the items which have now arrived, apparently in good condition. (I have not yet taken off the bubblewrap to confirm this.) So, initially Very Poor, rising to Very Good gives an average of Average!

Was a little bit disappointed with my purchase, most of the nuts and bolts were rusty and couldnt be used and there were some missing, luckily I had a tool box to raid so I managed to wing it with supplies I had, the instruction sheet was water damaged and screwed up and barely useable. I would have sent it back but I had paid for next day delivery but didn't receive for five days as I wasn't in (all other deliveries are left in my garden) But once I got it up its great!

Thank you for your review of the swinging hammock seat for £49.99. We are sorry to learn that some of the parts were rusty and would have undertook swapping the item had you informed customer services straight away. We do not unfortunately leave our customers deliveries in gardens as this does not fit our profile of having a signature, unless we receive, prior to delivery instructions for it to be left somewhere safe. We are pleased that you find the product great after the issues raised.

Quick turn around and despatch and. Items good quality and price. Unfortunately of two identical items each was delivered to a different ( incorrect) location requiring follow up with World of Camping - but to be fair they were respnsive and helpful and only added one day delay to one item.

Efficient ordering and delivery but inadequately packaged so some slight damage. Carrier were requested to leave it at neighbour but left it on doorstep and we were away.

I ordered a Status ariel for my Motorhome and the website showed "In stock". Upon receiving the sales confirmation it said that it would be shipped directly from the suppliers and would be received in 5-7 days, I accept that would be working days. Being a little concerned after 6 working days I called World of camping and they contacted the suppliers and rang me back. I was told that the suppliers had experienced some difficulty getting the order dispatched. That tells me one of two things, either it was not in stock as the website said or the supplier forgot to put the order through. As a result I am now spending my weekend doing things like this rather than fitting an ariel.

Thank you for your review on the order you placed with us. It is correct that your order has been delayed. We have certain products on our website that are dispatched straight from the supplier and an automated system is in place so the order goes straight to the supplier. This seemed to work correctly form our side, but not the supplier it seems on this occasion. We are, however, both liable for the delay in your order and can only, but apologise for this happening to you.
