“Due to work commitments did not take a look at the sleeping bags before our camping trip. On setting up camp it became obvious that the bags were not as ordered. I ordered 2 × Supreme bags not Camper Lux bags. The bags themselves do not appear to be of the standard of the previous Camper Lux.”

Thankyou for your review of this item - having checked the details, we can confirm that the items ordered were the Camper Lux bags as sent. The Lux is higher priced than the Contour Supreme, and of higher specification as would be expected. We do ask that purchased goods are inspected prior to use: if on examination they are not everything that was hoped, or unsuitable for any reason, they can easily be returned or exchanged, providing they have not been used.

“Good products, when they finally arrived. As one of my items was out of stock (not when I ordered it) it was decided to wait until all the products were available until posting them out. This would have been ok, except that I was needing them quickly to send with my son on his D0fE. Unfortunately I wasn't informed of the delay; had to chase up the order, and then dash out last minute and buy the products locally hours before my son left! I think the lesson learnt, is to order well in advance!”

“Not the best of gazebos a bit flimsy and just made of cheap hollow metal riveted together. There's much better in the market than this one and I am convinced that the gazebo in the video is definite not the one you get sent.”

We sell a number of utility tents and garden gazebos, but the pop-up gazebo we stock is identical to that pictured in the video and photographs as listed on our website. If any goods received are anything other than as expected, please contact us to resolve the issue.

“order was easy to place on the 1st of june ...but got an email a couple of days later saying the toilet was out of stock and would be with us in 10/14 days.....its now the the 18 june and we need our order for Monday 22 june....if we knew the item was out of stock when we placed the order then we would not have placed the order...also we should have been notified at the time of the order.....so i shall be phoning you today to get this rectified....we have not received the light either.”

“Its nothing more than what you would expect for the price, however it stood up well to over 6 hours of heavy rain, with no water getting into the sleeping compartment. The 4 person description is at least optimistic, maybe for 2 adults and 2 children it would just fit the bill, but definitely not suitable 4 adults.”

“my item I ordered was not in stock although it said on the web site that it was the phone call apologising was quite prompt and the item was dispatched ASAP it was quite fortunate I have experienced this on many occasions with other similar sites and slowed for this on my need for the item I feel a lot of the sites would have more loyal customers if they kept an eye on their stock I will be shopping with world of camping again because of the prompt update of my item and seeing if they fair better next time”

“sorry I can only give a average rating because the parcel was delivered to the wrong address after I was text with a delivery time, even then they delivered it at a different time and no card or text was given with the name or full address where it was left. I had arranged everything on the information given and I had to go door to door to find where it had been left. I am not happy with the service, it doesn't help you when something like this happens. Luckily it was a neighbour I trust.”
