Was a little bit disappointed with my purchase, most of the nuts and bolts were rusty and couldnt be used and there were some missing, luckily I had a tool box to raid so I managed to wing it with supplies I had, the instruction sheet was water damaged and screwed up and barely useable. I would have sent it back but I had paid for next day delivery but didn't receive for five days as I wasn't in (all other deliveries are left in my garden) But once I got it up its great!

Thank you for your review of the swinging hammock seat for £49.99. We are sorry to learn that some of the parts were rusty and would have undertook swapping the item had you informed customer services straight away. We do not unfortunately leave our customers deliveries in gardens as this does not fit our profile of having a signature, unless we receive, prior to delivery instructions for it to be left somewhere safe. We are pleased that you find the product great after the issues raised.

Quick turn around and despatch and. Items good quality and price. Unfortunately of two identical items each was delivered to a different ( incorrect) location requiring follow up with World of Camping - but to be fair they were respnsive and helpful and only added one day delay to one item.

Efficient ordering and delivery but inadequately packaged so some slight damage. Carrier were requested to leave it at neighbour but left it on doorstep and we were away.

I ordered a Status ariel for my Motorhome and the website showed "In stock". Upon receiving the sales confirmation it said that it would be shipped directly from the suppliers and would be received in 5-7 days, I accept that would be working days. Being a little concerned after 6 working days I called World of camping and they contacted the suppliers and rang me back. I was told that the suppliers had experienced some difficulty getting the order dispatched. That tells me one of two things, either it was not in stock as the website said or the supplier forgot to put the order through. As a result I am now spending my weekend doing things like this rather than fitting an ariel.

Thank you for your review on the order you placed with us. It is correct that your order has been delayed. We have certain products on our website that are dispatched straight from the supplier and an automated system is in place so the order goes straight to the supplier. This seemed to work correctly form our side, but not the supplier it seems on this occasion. We are, however, both liable for the delay in your order and can only, but apologise for this happening to you.

The item I ordered is out of stock and may take 2-3 weeks to deliver.

Love the look of the fire nice and neat but it dose not throw enough heat out in our concervatory it might if we had it on the three setting but the gas might not last long .our old heater had the elements on the front so we had the heat coming out at the bottom as well as the top .

I ordered Outwell rock well 5 tent package here as I could also order the front extension too, great fast delivery, had email to say part of my order was on order from Outwell, fair enough no problem, have since been told it's out of stock at Outwell! Was planning another camping trip later this month, early October, but it's looking unlikely, if I can't source the extension elsewhere I may have to return the tent package for refund not a happy camper!

World of camping badly let down by UK Mail. Next day delivery did not show up after being collected from them as was lost in transit. Not WOC fault but maybe a better courier company should be used

Unfortunately after ordering items which were shown to be available on line, although 2 items were not immediately available, I was contacted several days later to inform me that three of the items were no longer available from the manufacturers. As these items were connected, I had to cancel the whole order. On the plus side, I was offered an apology from Customer Services and an immediate refund.

Order did not arrive in the stated 3-5 working days - finally delivered after 7 working days, but this was after I had gone on holiday, so product was no longer needed. Saying that though, returns process so far seems to have been pretty efficient - so full marks for that!

My order was only a small one (two teatowels) but was extremely disappointed that the postage on the parcel was so expensive. Surely there could be a more graded postage rating for smaller cheaper items and it was only because the design was just right as part of a birthday present that it was followed through with the purchase.

We charge a flat rate for shipping which represents the realistic cost to us for a typical parcel with our couriers. Most items we sell are too large to be sent by Royal Mail, but we are always happy to negotiate a lower rate prior to shipment of the goods if a very small item can be sent in the post this way. We also charge only a flat rate per order, so you can order as many small items together as you like without being charged extra.

The first cool box that arrived (very promptly) was damaged and I returned it for an exchange. Due to a computer problem, I was told to ring the following day when I could be given a tracking number for the replacement box. This I did and the male in customer service said he'd ring back with it. He did not, and when I rang back, found the business closed for the day. It did cause me slight inconvenience which could have been avoided!

Information regarding when my order would arrive was a bit lacking...Part of my order was missing when it did arrive, but was handled quickly by sales to send me the missing item. So sales were quite good I think but you need more information on delivery for the customer.

Communications were very misleading, nearly bought alternative as I received e-mail 2 days after placing order saying delivery delivery 3-5 days. Fortunately received item next morning. Not used product yet but planning to use in next day or two.

Ordered online but had to send a gentle reminder to them when the order didn't arrive when expected. Was informed the order would be with me the following day but it actually came the day after - what they meant was they would dispatch it the following day! One item was out of stock but they phoned within an hour of me receiving the rest of the order to apologise and to say that the item wouldn't be getting restocked as it's no longer available and that I hadn't been charged for it. Only minor issues - would probably still buy from them in future!
