The first cool box that arrived (very promptly) was damaged and I returned it for an exchange.
Due to a computer problem, I was told to ring the following day when I could be given a tracking number for the replacement box. This I did and the male in customer service said he'd ring back with it. He did not, and when I rang back, found the business closed for the day.
It did cause me slight inconvenience which could have been avoided!
