my item I ordered was not in stock although it said on the web site that it was the phone call apologising was quite prompt and the item was dispatched ASAP it was quite fortunate I have experienced this on many occasions with other similar sites and slowed for this on my need for the item I feel a lot of the sites would have more loyal customers if they kept an eye on their stock I will be shopping with world of camping again because of the prompt update of my item and seeing if they fair better next time
