The item we ordered- an electric cold box was 4 cm bigger than the dimensions given on the web site. I appreciate World of Camping had copied the dimensions given by the supplier but in a tight space an additional 4 cm would not work. They have arranged for collection and refund without any dispute which is helpful but I still need an electric cold box 41 cm tall not 45!
