I ordered a status aerial last Friday hoping to fit it during the week ready for a weekend away, I'm still waiting for my item to be delivered one week on, very dissatisfied customer.

Thank you for your review of our services. Customer services have rung to check delivery of your order, which you have now received. Please be aware that orders placed on a U48 delivery service is 3-5 working days (which does not including weekends) so your order arrived in the specified time frame.

There was no purchase - despite advertising sun walls for a 15 x 15 Coleman event shelter on the website there were none in stock & no idea of when there might be any arriving. Ended up getting them locally & cheaper too.

Thank you for your review. We did have this product on order with Coleman and they then could not fulfill the order. We have now removed from website as they can not give a date for delivery. We are pleased you managed to source locally.

This is first Email I have had from camping world, didn't think the order had gone through until I noticed the money had gone off my credit card, still not received any goods, where do I complain? Gary

I was going to buy through World of Camping and was pleased to see a 5% reduction offer if I signed up to the magazine. I did so, but didn't receive any discount. Obviously I wasn't very happy and decided I couldn't trust World of Camping and wouldn't buy from them. I went to ebay and bought the product from what I thought was a different company, World of Outdoors. I hadn't realised this was the same company.

Hello, we are sorry you felt you could not trust us. When you sign up to our 'newsletter' on the website to claim your discount, it immediately comes up with the promotional code that the customer needs to place in the basket page. This discount will then be applied to your order, we do not state anywhere that the discount is automatic and apologise if you did not read this clearly.

I am afraid that although the prices seemed very competative with world of camping delivery of the items was a nightmare. The day the company they use for delivery texted to say they would be arriving that day I knew I would be out at work. This was no problem. When I got my sorry I missed you card I tried to rearrange delivery to a depot to pick up the following dayThis did not appear to work so I tried over the phone. The automated system told me the items would be dropped off at the depot for collection. However this did not work either and I got another text to tell me they would be dropping off at my house the following day. Duh! To cut a long story short after many hours on the phone I finally got through to someone to rearrange for the parcel to go to the depot. When I picked up the items and got them home two out of three of them were broken and damaged. They had not been packed very well and had been damaged in transit. So we had to go off camping without the electric cool box and campbed. Very very disappointing. I will not be buying from there again.

We contacted you immediately to inform you that there was an error on the website with the product description, however your invoice clearly stated the product and price you had ordered was correct. We clarified this with you and could still fulfill this order, however you chose to cancel at this point.

I ordered an item that was advertised as Out of Stock but 14 Day delivery. This was confirmed by telephone by World of Camping the next day by telephone. After 16 days, I telephoned to enquire about the product and was informed the order had not arrived from the supplier and that they were expecting delivery 'next week'. This means I might get the item 3 - 4 weeks after ordering (not yet delivered) but nothing was confirmed. I was offered a refund or I could wait. I am waiting and will update this review following delivery (or otherwise).

I've oder in euro for a delivery to France. Everything seems good but when the payment is done, I 'v receive my total in £ with a change different than indicated on the top. The difference is about 70€ (For a total 240€) ! I've sent immediately a mail to cancel my order with a picture to show the mistake, but i've not response.

We have tried contacting you twice by telephone regarding your order. This item is available on our website as a pre-order for the 2016 season and the supplier will not have stock until February/March. We called and left a message for you on 4th January at 1.33pm and have tried to call you again following your review of our service. We apologise that you have misunderstood this and wanted to see if you are still happy to wait or if you wish to cancel your order

Hello Mr Johnson We sincerely apologise for the delay in your order. We have sent an email directly to you explaining the Christmas deliveries we had in place, but obviously this was not clear to your when you placed the order. Your order should be with your tomorrow.

Did order a laundry done and spend all the time filling in details and card details and got email saying thank you for order but later on got another email saying it's not in stock and will not be in until after Christmas, I don't understand why any company would promote a product and say delivery times of not in stock, when I did question this there answer was some customers don't mind waiting in there products well clearly this should be stated on the website as not I have to start again looking for this product, I just hope they have not taken any money out my account or I will be contacting trade in standards as what I did order on there site was 3 to 5 days delivery

The shipping option selected was 3 to 5 days, which would have been an outside delivery estimate if the product had been in stock. It should have been made clear at the point of placing the order that the item wasn't available immediately, we can only apologise if this was not your experience. Unfortunately in November it can take longer to restock some items, as camping is a very seasonal business this can create delay in production availability. We do normally seek to restock required items such as this within 7-10 days during peak season - quicker if we possibly can. We can reassure you that no payment was taken from your card.

After placing an order for goods to be delivered next day I waited all day & the goods did not arrive, at lunch time I tried to contact by phone & email & no one responded and finally I got through to a person a few hours later I explained that I just wanted to know if the item would actually be delivered & was eventually told it hadn't been even despatched yet ..... I think this company do not value customer service at all I am a new customer who will not be using this company again & would no be recommending them to anyone , basically don't offer next day delivery on orders placed before 1pm & don't fulfil the offer !

We're sorry that you had a negative experience with your order. We have an advertised cut-off of 1pm for 24hr orders; we do try to get orders out if they are placed later than this time, but at peak times such as the first week of school holidays, this is not always possible. We can confirm that the premium delivery charge was refunded for you; sorry the parcel did not reach you sooner.

Ordered tent footprint which was in stock with another item, they took full payment for order then didn't deliver footprint, had to contact and they said they could not find it, well thanks for telling me, complete waste of time and they never get back to you when you leave a message, and now I can't get hold of the footprint anywhere, avoid!

We received payment for your order via Paypal, for which we are a passive recipient of monies sent to us; we would not actively take a card payment for an out of stock item. Unfortunately, there was a stock discrepancy with the missing item, which was discontinued with our suppliers for the rest of the 2015 season and has now been withdrawn from the site. We're very sorrythat we were unable to provide this item for you.

Ordered a gazebo and as usual the delivery was for 3 - 5 working days, After the 5 days I still hadn't received it so I contacted them only to realise that the gazebo was out of stock! They hadn't bothered to call us, or contact us in any way. Felt like that they didn't care at all. Very bad experience.
