The Dometic RC1200 Absorption Cooler I ordered claimed to be in stock on the website. But three days later after placing the order I was called to say it was not in stock. Si I had to cancel the order and get it elsewhere. The refund was done quickly, but I was very disappointed that the web info was incorrect - pretty poor show :(
