We were able to order online. But was very disappointed to not be able to find the warehouse to collect it as requested. We tried to call the company but phone lines shut at 3.30pm. We consequently needed to borrow a tent for our camping trip. Nobody on the estate knew where you were either. No signage on John Davey drive, only on the actual unit.
