For some reason my order wasn't processed and dispatched, so my order was not received within the delivery time given(2-3 working days). Once I contacted by email and queried this and stated I needed my order within 2 days from the date of email my order was dispatched that same day and sent on next day delivery before midday. My order was received the next day. Although problems to begin with, this was very quickly dealt with satisfactorily.
