Ordering was quick and easy
Needed to speak to customer service who were polite though did not ring me back as promised .
The order was placed for next day delivery and was finally received 5 days later though I do realise this is the delivery company s fault not the the camping shop
I did leave a message for call back today but no one has and was assured I would be refunded my p&p but as yet it hasn't reached my bank account
