Ordered an item because website said one in stock which after a week hadn't turned up!
Rang them several times but kept getting answer machine so finally left a message but no one returned our call!
Follow up calls the next day were also engaged but finally got through after many attempts.
Eventually told item wasn't in stock when ordered!
Auuuuuuuugh!!
