Placed an order by phone, whilst on caravan holiday near Redruth. Very polite and helpful lady on phone took my order at approximately 12.00 hrs and told me my order would be ready after 14.00 hrs. Arrived at warehouse and collected my order at about 15.00hrs. Warehouseman carried my order to my car, again very polite. Very good experience from my initial phone call, through to collection.
