Electric cool box delivered promptly and well packaged. When we opened it up, we thought that the catch to the split lid was faulty, but in fact there was just a knack to opening it - the gentleman we spoke to offered superb advice, very helpful indeed. He was happy for us to return it had we not been satisfied, but after he had talked us through what to do we were very happy. Excellent service!!
