I am still waiting for collection of a damaged item, 1 part of a larger order that should have been picked up on Tuesday afternoon, then, when I phoned again, rearranged for Thursday, but still no collection. I have a very large box cluttering up my hall and I want my money back. No problem with customer services - polite and helpful but that is of little use without action!
