Easy to place an order, but when I went to collect the item purchased a different product had been picked
The situation was resolved , with the warehouse operative stating the incorrect item had been placed in the wrong picking box . It was a good job I did not have the item delivered and collected my order as a lot of hassle would have been caused with the wrong delivery!
