I wanted to buy a camping stove from world of camping and as I live nearby, I rang to order and pay and then drive over to pick it up an hour later, the gentleman on the phone was very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful in directing me where to go to pick it up, I drove over when I got a message to say it was ready for collection, found the place easily and the item was right there ready for me. Excellent customer service
