I ordered a tent carpet and ground sheet. The items Wernt despatched within the expected time frame and when I rang up to query I was told the ground sheet was on pre order and items would be despatched together in 2/3 weeks. Customer service staff were very helpful and offered to refund the ground sheet and despatch the carpet on nect day delivery as they wouldn’t have arrived before my next trip otherwise.
Despite this hiccup I found the staff helpful and the refund was with me within a few days.
