We ordered the outdoor revolution induction hob and pan set received all communication was great kept us updated. When we received the hob it was faulty so we rang customer service who arranged a replacement straight away on a swap for next day so the courier came and picked up the faulty hob and delivered us a new one couldn't have been more helpful thanks for all your help 10/10
