Ordered online on Sunday. Emailed Monday as noticed the address for delivery had missed out the school name where I work. Paid for next day delivery. No delivery Monday. No delivery Tuesday. No delivery Wednesday. Still waiting today. These items are needed by tomorrow as we are going away. Error was initially that you omitted to change the address details, even though I'd had email confirmation that you had done it. Error now is with Mail UK - I've had the difference in delivery refunded, but I am now desperate for an answer on delivery, and want to know exactly what the reason is for the delay.
