Great product but ordering process is confusing. No email confirmation sent when order placed and so no order number to chase. Wasn't sure when product was being despatched but eventually got help through. Order confirmation and receipt arrived AFTER the product delivery was made, very odd and whilst I'm delighted with the product and they were helpful when I got someone online it's not a particularly customer friendly process!
