They say that the true measure of any thing or company is not when things go right, but more so when things go pear shaped. In this instance, when DHL managed to deliver my parcel to the wrong address, World Of Camping showed DHL how business should be conducted! Prompt responses to my e-mails and a replacement item despatched overnight when DHL failed to get my parcel back.
