I ordered a sleeping bag which has two faults- I sent details to World of camping along with a picture when I noticed the first fault. I was informed that they would need to contact Outwell to gain advice from them as they don't have another sleeping bag to send me and also asked for further photographs. I sent these and stated that, as I had informed the company of the fault as soon as I had opened the order, I was within my rights to request a refund and for them to recall the sleeping bag. I have heard nothing more from them today but I noticed a further fault and sent a photograph of this to the company. It remains to be seen whether they actually respond by refunding my money and recalling the item swiftly. Shocking service
