This was my first experience with WoC. After a week my order still said processing so I queried it.
On a positive note - the response to my query was quick - the next day, However the outcome was that due to a technical glitch the item was sold out and my order cancelled.
If I hadn't queried my order - when would it have been picked up. In fact my order still says processing.
This was to have been a Xmas present for my sister. I am ordering from overseas so the whole thing is very inconvenient.
