I ordered an Outwell wind break and some orb lights. I was expecting them to arrive a couple of days later. When the items didn't arrive a week later. I phoned customer services and was told that there was a problem with a supplier but I would have it by the end of the week. The lady I spoke to was very nice and found the information quickly. It would have been nice to have been updated proactively, rather than me chasing for information. When it did arrive, it was well wrapped and the products were really good quality. I love them! I am very pleased with my purchases and I will use World of Camping again.
