Communication was very good, quick response to my questions having placed an order for a Powrtouch classic Mover, good price and free delivery.
Delivery wasn't so good as it was delivered on the 8th working day , promise was 3 - 4 days. Had I known I would have paid extra for a guaranteed delivery, I had booked for it to be fitted the day before it arrived. Luckily my fitter was able to rearrange. Good communication saved the day.
All in all very happy. with the service. can't comment on the product yet.
