Email addressed to Dear A - ?
Placed an order to be delivered to my customer's address, confirmation of the order listed two postcodes in the delivery address details, I only entered one per address - didn't think anymore of it until a text from my customer complaining that goods still not received after a week, checked with your office, the courier had returned the goods because of confusion due to two postcodes appearing on the delivery details - fair enough, systems have glitches and mistakes are made - but why does it take me to ring up and query what's gone wrong before you sort out a returned parcel appears to be the point?
