The items ordered arrived very quickly at my home. Unfortunately 1 unit was badly manufactured so I telephoned straight away and was dealt with in a very professional manner. I opted not to have a replacement for this one chair and the member of staff arranged for collection a few days later. The courier turned up as promised and I now await the refund for the 1 item returned.
