I ordered a carpet for my Vango awning at the weekend on a 3-5 working day delivery. On the Thursday I rang to check the delivery to be told it was out of stock and that they'd emailed me to info me. They hadn't! I also asked why in that case did they proceed to take my money in the knowledge that I would expect the item in that timeframe yet it wasn't in stock? .... I was then told that a pop-up would have told me this when I went to my shopping basket during the sale... It didn't! I am now awaiting a full refund after cancelling my order.. I wonder how long that will take? Fortunately I am in full knowledge of my statutory rights!!!
I have dealt with this organisation for the last time!!
