After some confusion about whether one of the products I ordered was in stock (I spoke to James and he said the item would be in stock later that week - although the wording on the order form he agreed was misleading) I then had an email which said stock would not be available for some weeks and did I still want to go ahead with the order- before I replied the items arrived!
