I purchased some replacement tent poles following a recent expedition.
First of all, the store prices were really competitive, so big tick there. I was less impressed, though, with the P&P cost - I think £5.99 for small items is too much compared to similar suppliers.
When my package arrived, the poles were not the ones that I ordered, but World of Camping sent the correct ones out next day delivery, so another big tick there for customer service.
