The site has a lot of choice at very good prices. I purchased two items one of which said it was on back order. It was unclear if the items would be shipped separately or if I would have to wait to receive the entire order together. I emailed, and received a very quick response to inform me that both items were in fact in stock. I also felt that the products could have used some more information. For example, it wasn't clear that separate adaptors would be needed to use a particular item on the mains. Having said that, delivery was quick, prices were good, and the range of products is good too. The customer service was great when I had a question but I just feel like more information/detail about services and products would be useful to make informed purchases.
