Good bits: products are very good, and phone call about delivery was answered promptly and courteously.
Bad bits: The delivery took a lot longer than expected or promised. The two halves of the bubble packaging of the head torch had separated, the batteries were rolling around in the bulk packaging at the bottom of the parcel - we could easily have thrown them away.... It would be a good idea to secure those with sticky tape before dispatching.
