I ordered an item for next day delivery which didn't arrive as expected. I called and spoke with someone who advised they'd contact the courier company and it looked as if the item had been mis-routed - but no-one called me back to provide an update (it was towards the end of the business day). The item arrived the following day. It's a bit annoying that I paid for next day delivery, however it was the courier company's fault and not World of Camping.
