All items were lost on the way to me (1 star), but they were desperately apologetic and did their best to send replacements to me. Unfortunately, one of the items I ordered was ended so I had to go to another supplier and buy it for around £10 more. The other items I ordered were re-sent to me.
It transpired that my goods were sent to a local school, the courier driver being nothing short of an idiot. Being honest, I told WoC and they arranged for it to be collected and arranged for the other items in stock to be sent out to me. I was eventually reunited with them, but it meant I had to arrange for various items to either be refused on delivery or couriered back. Quite a hassle.
While the delivery was not their fault (it was that of UK Mail), it still resulted in me spending £10 more than I should have, and spend a bit of time repackaging items and staying in to turn away a delivery driver (who so far hasn't arrived).
CANNOT fault their customer service though - it's fantastic, clearly very lovely people (5 stars).
So, 1 star for the delivery balls-up, 5 stars for the superb CS...I feel 4 stars is bang on.
Would I use them again? I would have reservations, in all honesty. Not because of their service or prices, but because of my experiences of the delivery company they use.
