1. The order took too long to arrive.
2.The arrival information from the courier and you was incorrect.
3.The value of the order was low but you insisted on a signature which meant 2 deliveries.
4 . The first E mail advising me of timeslot was sent too late so I had already departed.
5 . You tried hard but because of above the experience was not good.
6. Why do you not allow a section to give a place to leave goods when customer is not at home.
