Ordered a Gas Stove to go to France. Not easy to track progress (perhaps partly down to me) and rang 2 or 3 times for help. Always spoke to very helpful and well informed sales persons who were able to reassure me and the stove arrived safely and within the anticipated time scale. Very good price both on the item purchased and the delivery to France. Would certainly recommend and use again
